DRAM LED solid red, no video output ASUS H170 Pro Gaming

First time building, not getting a POST or any display when I try to turn it on...
H170 Pro Gaming
LPX Vengence DDR4 2133 2 x 8

Red LED light for DRAM is on and people are saying that's an issue, but I've tried a lot of the found and suggested fixes, I'm out of options and ideas!! First time builder panicking.

Edit: Oh! Something I forgot to note, though I'm not sure how important it is: There's 4 LED's that my friend helped me identify as 'diagnostic LED's, CPU_LED, DRAM_LED, VGA_LED, and BOOT_DEVICE_LED.
When I turn it on, the CPU_LED is on for just a second before the DRAM_LED light turns on.

Get beeper. Start without RAM and wait for beeps.
If no beeps- bios/mobo/cpu problem.

Mm... Checked and it didn't say my processor is a Kaby Lake.

Alright yeah, that's basically the solution I arrived to last night when I was out of ideas to try here. I ordered a beeper on Amazon so I gotta wait for it to get here.

I can't even tell, I'd be happy if it were like, a DOA board since that means I did everything else right, but fuck me would that be annoying to deal with.

Oh I forgot I had this thread up. Mobo pin socket was fucked, I just got a new mobo and now I'm up and running again.
