Question Dram Led

Recently built a new pc. Everything passes the pcpartpicker compatibility but the post gets stuck on the dram yellow light everytime. Tried 4 different sticks of ram, all on the compatibility list, and in every slot. Still nothing. Already exchanged the mobo for a new one and having the same issue. Is there anything I can do to fix this without having to rma all of my parts.

I'd RMA the CPU too, since same issue with two boards.
