My current consists of asus p7h55 m - lx as mobo
Gtx 750ti gpu, 6gb Kingston ram, 1400x 900 acer monitor, xeon x3440 CPU and wd green 1 tb.
I am looking to buy a cheap ssd but most of the ssd in my budget are dram less. The one with dram are way out of my budgeg. Is it worth buying one for my pc I know it is a very outdated rig but maybe it will give a boost to performance or else I would buy mechanical keyboard instead.

There is no relation between these twp I am just looking for a better investment.

Also my motherboard only supports SATA 2.0 3gbps. Will the difference between dram and dram less be drastic?

Here's a chart from HowToMechatronics:

Even with SATA II you're going to see a large speed improvement.
I'm not sure how much a difference it is between prices since you aren't in the US, but a dramless SSD will have a shorter lifespan, the opposite of what you're wanting, a worthy investment.
I'd wait and save for a dram SSD that'll last, or live with a hard drive.
But as I said i'm not sure how much they are, if the dramless is easily affordable you will see improvement compared to a hard drive, but saving for something better would be a better investment.

Take a look at Linus Tech Tips video over Dram-less SSDs if you already haven't.
Personally I wouldn't recommend it, specially since the sales going on, like this:
https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-500G...ocphy=9015378&hvtargid=pla-491884368630&psc=1
or
https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-MX50...ocphy=9015378&hvtargid=pla-412309948690&psc=1

For a home system for strictly a boot drive, you'll boot faster but expect a short life and occasional stuttering.
Im not from US

The problem is I am not from USA and prices here have significant diffrence between dram and dram less SSD
And my mobo only supports sata 2.0 if that makes any difference.
