Question DRAM light is lit, tried swapping RAM ?

Got new parts for Christmas but can’t seem to get anything working. I have no display, no keyboard lights, and the DRAM light is on.


Intel i9-9900KF,
Gigabyte Z390 UD,
Corsair Vengeance 16GB x2 3200MHz RAM.

My friend gave me a 1060 GTX GPU, and Corsair 750W PSU.

• DRAM light is lit.
• No display
• sound chip beeps repeatedly, doesn’t stop.

- tried reseat RAM
-reseat everything

• one RAM stick, swapped
• tried no GPU
• tried different brand of RAM

All lead to same problem. DRAM light with no display or keyboard lights.
