I recently just build my pc. I plug my hdmi cable into the gpu, and turn the computer on. The computer turns on, but the monitor doesn’t display an image. I plugged the cable into the motherboard and the same result occurred. I look at my motherboard, and there’s an lit led that tells me that the dram is not detected or fail. So I try all ways the ram could go in. I’ve tried both rams in 1,2 and 3,4 and 2,4. I’ve also tried both slots by themselves in all slots, still there was no signal. I then take the cmos battery out for 20 seconds, then I put it back. Still no signal, and the dram led is still lit up. What’s the problem, and what should I do? These are my specs

Ryzen 5 3600
Corsair Vegence 2x8 go 3200
EVGA RTX 2060 Super
MSI B450 Tomohawk Max
Evga G3 Supernova 650 watt 80 plus gold rated
2 tb hdd
120 gb ssd
Evo 212 air cooler

Solution
Re-seat the CPU. Install RAM in A2-B2 slots. Make sure they are fully seated. Also, you must have a GPU installed and monitor connected to it for any display output.
