Question Dram orange/yellow light

asus tuf b360 gaming plus, i got new 750w power suplly i tried with that, and dram light constantly on , i got also new cpu cooler but the same problem with that now i seated back to old cpu coolder and old psu and dram is still on, any help?

so i cant get to boot menu, just black screen and no signal. i have taken cmos battery out of 15min and placed back, nothing new happens.

now i changed one stick of ram to a1 slot and dram light disappeared but still no display, pwr light on mobo is orange, i assume it supposed to be orange on asus mobos?

ordered a new mobo, hope that gonna fix it..
