dram refresh failure

i have recently built a new pc and i keep on getting a dram refresh failure i have changed the ram but keep the error is still there.

my specs
ryzen 1200x
430w evga psu
GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 (rev. 1.x)
kingston hyper furyx 2x4gb
