DRAM timings and CAS

my Gskill ram states cas 9 , 9 9 9 24 but AMD OD says something else .should l manually set it to what it claims to have or leave it s self?? what s the pro s and cons to all this ??

It's probably working at the mobo defaults, what is the CPU, mobo and model # of the DRAM
