DRAM Voltage 1.48 or 1.53

i have 4 gb ram 2x2gb 1333 mhz, it says the right voltage for it is 1.50, but in my bios, theres only 1.48, then it jumps to 1.53, so which one should i choose?

keep it on 1.48, better less than more. you'll know if its undervolted, your system will crash. You can also run memtest to check that the RAM is working ok. If not, then increase the volts.

Asrock N68-VS3-UCC, and yeah i have the latest BIOS

If stable on the lower voltage, can leave as is, If you get BSODs etc, kick it up
