Drastic variation in fps during gaming

Hi im facing fps fluctuations during gaming. For example battlefield 4 used to work fine in my laptop with medium settings but suddenly im facing huge fps drops during gaming but the fps comes back to normal within 2 to 3 minutes and then again goes down. The cycle goes on throughout. Im facing the same issue with performance too the laptop gets slow for 2 minutes and then goes back to normal. Again the cycle continues. Please help me with this cause iv never heard of such a problem problem with others pcs

Next time you start the game up, open up task manager (ctrl+alt+del) and check for anything else besides the game that is using your laptops performance

Im facing issues with performance. The laptop performs well for a few minutes and then all of a sudden it gets really slow and then again after few minutes it becomes normal. The cycle goes on throughout the time the lap is on. Im running windows 10 on intel i5 7200 asus laptop
