Question Draw distance and shimmering in all games

My pc was fine a couple weeks back and since I had done a update of some sort I have been having terrible draw distance issues where large items would pop in and out and shimmering I don’t know where to start

List your full system specs please. You don't want us to start guessing right?
What kind of update? Windows, game, program, BIOS, driver?

Did you change any settings in Nvidia control panel, if you're using a Nvidia gpu.

Without knowing the specs, we can't just throw around possible solutions/suggestions/advices that might not be applicable.
He might not even have a discrete GPU.
Wait for OP to answer the very much needed system specs as I requested and then offer an advice.

Yes a question. About settings only available to Nvidia cards when you don't know if he even has a discrete GPU. You are targeting a specific thing when OP only mentioned that he has a PC (and not laptop, which again can not be said with certainty). It's like guessing the lotto numbers. Wouldn't it be more helpful if you waited for him to reply with the system specs and then offered your answer?
