Drawing tablet for anime etc

can someone tell me a good drwaing tablet with screen for manga and animation mostly manga something arround 400-500 bucks max but if theres any better one thats worth over it ill check it out as well

for that much? not sure what to tell you. I wouldn't go android... and the ipads are kinda poor for this as well, an ipad pro is almost x3 your budget. My advice would be to get a surface with a full version of windows on it, but you'd need to double the money you're willing to spend to get one.

Understand that the Ipad will have the least flexable graphic/drawing software options, there just isn't much out there. where as the surface will have access to every peice of software currently on the windows platform.
