Question Drawing too much power?

Ok guys have a question. Twice now running crossfire my PC has restarted. Everything shuts off for a split second and reboots. I'm wondering if I'm drawing too much power. I have an 850 watt power supply. Running ryzen 5 2600 overclocked to 4.2. have 240mm liquid cooler. Two rx 580s. 6 rgb fans with fan controller and led strip. 16 gb of rgb ram. SSD and hhd and gigabyte x470 ultra gaming motherboard. The cards aren't supposed to draw more than 200 watts each so I'm not sure what's happening. Only happens while running crossfire. Any ideas would be appreciated.

What's the make & model of your PSU?

It's either a PSU or an overheating issue, most likely.

It's 850 watt rosewill 80 plus gold. I do wonder I have both cards plugged in to one vga outlet on the power supply. I'm gonna find my other cable and hook them up separately and see if that fixes it
