(probably the above won't look very long in Google Groups, but I don't
know how to do spoiler space that will look good.)

I have 7 masks. One of them is torn (I hope that's not the problem).
Other hints seem to indicate that sitting in a particular place and
wearing them in the correct order will be helpful, but I have not found
it to be so. I'm pretty sure I have the correct order because of
another puzzle I solved which showed me 7 colors in a row (vagueness to
avoid spoiling that).

I've seen other hints which say I should find something that the masks
fit -- but I have no idea what that would be. A doll? A child? I
can't find any NPCs and the only human-shaped figure is the
(now-reclining) statue which is bigger than me and thus bigger than the
masks.

I thought I saw someone say they had gotten a message when they got all
the masks, but I didn't get that message -- or if I did, I missed it
somehow. Maybe that's only in regular mode; I'm playing in expert
mode.

Anyway, I'm kind of floundering around. I solved a couple minor
puzzles yesterday but am no closer to understanding what I need to do
next. Any hints would be appreciated; vagueness in the hints is better
than explicitness for now.

Thanks,
Daphne

Well, if I may repeat a pretty vague hint I gave elsewhere, perhaps
you should try a little further reflection.

Suddenly I get it! (I think.) Initial attempts seem promising.

Thanks muchly,
Daphne
