Drift time on windows 7

Hello. My computer time drifts only in windows 7. I can sit there and watch it compared to my laptop and it seems that every second is longer on my desktop than on my laptop. Causing it to lose time. It does this in windows 7 only and I have bought a new 2032 cmos batter numerous times to no avail. I just don't know what's wrong with it :/ It does not do this in windows 10. Linux. Or any other operating system.

are you saying you have 3 operating system on the computer that is causing you problems?

No. I am saying I have tried it on multiple operating systems sepeately. And only in windows 7 is the time incorrect. Like I've installed linux and it was right. Then I installed windows 10 and it was. But in windows 7 it is not.
