Will my cordless drill be strong enough to make a 120mm hole on my metal case?

Solution
I think I would drill a pilot hole with a drill bit, and then use a fine tooth metal cutting blade in a jig saw to cut out the hole. Make a template out of paper or cardboard, and trace the outline of the hole onto the case with a sharpie. It won't be the smoothest hole, but you can use a file with a curved face to smooth it out.
When working as electrician, I have often used a hydraulic punch to make holes in metal.

A 120mm hole equals 4.72In. The cost of such a punch makes it something for factory or use on a larger scale.
Punch Unit - 4.72In. $905.95
