Drive 0 Unallocated first build need help

Trying to install Windows 10 on my new custom pc. When I got to the part where you select where’s you install windows it says “drive 0 unallocated space” total size 0.0mb free space 0.0mb. Refresh and load driver are the only options for me. Please help I feel stuck.

can you recheck your BIOS first? make sure they are on these settings :
* SATA mode to AHCI
* Boot mode Uefi/Uefi+legacy/CSM disabled (depending on your BIOS)

and try the win10 install from scratch again. select delete all partitions from your previous attempt. install.

It looks like a faulty HDD, try what mark said if it doesnt work RMA the HDD.
