I just used Macrium Reflect to clone a 960GB SSD to a 2TB SSD. It cloned successfully, but my 2TB drive is now listed as the same capacity as my old drive. It only says 893GB. This is my first time cloning, so I have no idea what I did wrong. Any ideas what i can do to get the 2TB's full capacity? I'm using Windows 10.

Solution
Delte recovery partition (this can be done with diskpart),
then extend c: (leave 5-10% of the drive unallocated, this helps wear leveling and maintaining drive performance)

Show us a screencap of your Disk Management window.
Likely you just have to extend the current volume into the unused space.

If the two partitions are not right next to each other, you'll have to use a 3rd party tool to do this.

Here's a screencap of disk management

NM, didn't work. Will have to figure out how to get a working link.

Too small. Not sure what went wrong.

Yes, it's on the far right. I'll look into EaseUS Partition Master, thanks.

Thanks for the advice. I deleted the recovery partition and when I click "extend volume" it says maximum available space: 1038304MB. So I should choose 90-95% of that number then? And if that is correct, would you recommend 90 or 95%.

90%

Thanks. I have one last question. So since I'll be leaving some unallocated space when I choose 90% of that, will it now be fine to fill the drive when downloading games and other stuff, or should I still leave a certain amount free? In the past I'd just filled my drive until the bar turns red on devices and drives in Windows 10.

No matter how it is done, and SSD NEEDS some free space.
Be it an unallocated space, over provisioning, or simply 'not filling it up'.

They way you were doing it was killing the lifespan.
