If affordable, if possible, boot a usb or dvd backup/restore/clone utility, one of your choosing, and clone your problematic source HD onto an external target HD or media of your choosing, HD would be best. Put that target HD in a safe place, in case more drastic recovery attempts are needed. Meanwhile, there are numerous free and pay-for data recovery utilities and there are many threads all over The 'Net that can guide you through DR. The reason I'm posting the clone idea in this thread and several others: several data recovery specialists indicate that many end-users, in the midst of their crisis, often "try everything", some succeed, some don't, and those that don't succeed find out from DR companies that now recovery is much harder, much less successful (in general), and much more expensive.

Hello,
OK! You can try to extract this computer internal hard drive and see whether it is still workable on another computer.
If it is useful there, copy all important files out and also save data backups well.
And, also go check and fix the original computer problems.
But, if this drive also could not be read well on another computer, such issues must be caused by this hard drive.
As with the inner stored hard drive files, you can go try data recovery freeware here.
And, then, format or repair this computer hard drive to see whether it is able to be fixed or reused.
Of course, also take it to local drive repairing shops for help, if you do get no idea about how to fix it completely.

My earlier post was intended to answer the possibility of imminent physical or "logical" failure of the HD in question; this assumption may or may not apply to your situation. Proceed the best way you believe is best for your situation.

Question: have you ever made a copy of a whole drive onto another drive?
If yes, I hope you can "clone", make a copy of the hard-drive given you trouble onto another hard-drive.
If you have not "cloned" a drive before, there are articles, threads, posts on the internet, that will tell you how to clone.
Maybe in your native language too! :)
There is much free software that will do the cloning job, no need to pay for any software.
