Drive D missing but appear in BIOS

Hello,
i have wrongly deleted drive D partition when formatting my laptop with window vista 32bit, when i startup my laptop i only can see drive C there and drive D is missing....but it is appearing in BIOS...how could i create back the drive D?

Repartition it from Disk Management tool! But that data you deleted is already lost!
