Drive is good in HD Tune but bad in CrystalDisk, which one is right?

One of my hard drives shows in CrystalDisk as having an Uncorrectable Sector Count of 200 and it has the yellow warning color. The drive also has a Power On Count of 165 and Power On Hours of 42573. It's a 2TB Western Digital that's a few years old.

However, HD Tune shows it as fine, without any warning, and I ran the error check in HD Tune and it said the drive was good.

Is this something that should be urgently replaced?

I'm in the, "if in doubt, swap it out," camp. At the very least, make sure that everything on the drive is backed up, as should always be the case, anyway.
