DRIVER 4 TAIWANESE WEBCAM (NO-NAME)

I was given a no-name webcam. The only identification data I can read on it are: made in Taiwan art. No 12314. Can somebody help me in identifying it? And maybe let me have its driver copy?
Or even, suggest me a website where I can find it? Or whether are there also some generic drivers that make it run or not? Please, do not advise me to google for it, because I have lost my time for months in searching. Thanks in advance and greetings from Italy. :?:
