Driver and Utility Disc

I have a Dell Inspiron 5040, will the Driver and Utility Disc Repair my Drivers that I am having problem with?

I do appreciate your answer, but; I guess I would have to get the Manual or Instructions from Dell on how to Open or Activate this Disc! But; Thank you very much for Your Answer of Confidence!
Now, I know where to get my Computer Answers!
