driver did not find

Hi, juts this morning windows 7 32 bit is not letting me connect to the internet with a hardline. It tells me that i need to have a network adapter driver installed which i already should have. I have tried going to my biostar website to download one and it did not work.i am formated my system with new windows 7 32 bit and installed driver cd which i had on with my biotar n68s, but it could not solve my problem.my lan port on desktop blink light.im really confused and frustrated and really need help. anything to help would be much appreciated!

Make sure the adapter isn't disabled.
If it is, right click and enable.

i go through this: Control Panel

change adapter settings .system showing no network connection found.
same thing working fine in laptop when i installed lan driver in laptop.through this i can sure problem with adapter driver.here in desktop using motherboard biostar n68s so i had downloaded ethernet lan driver nflan wvs .but nothing will change.hope u will guide me.......
