Driver fails and no Win updates for months

Hello, i am getting a failed driver install for ACPI x64- based PC driver install this happens when PC boots and desktop is up and it searches and fails . I also can not get Win updates for 3 months now it fails every-time.. i have 4g ram win 7 sp1,,, Intel i5 quad core half of my C is empty. i have to external drives SATA LAPTOP DRIVE AND SATA DESKTOP DRIVE usb to laptop to dump downloads and games and such. im going crazy... ahhhhh lol

Online search ACPI x64- based PC driver + your computer make/model or MOBO. - What are your settings for Windows update ? If they appear correct, run the following from elevated command prompt:

regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
