Driver for Digital Camera M1073 IS Kodak

I am trying to download my pics from my camera but when it downloads it comes up with Code 18 and sez it needs an interactive window station. I have a Toshiba Laptop with VistA. I have 2 other computers in this house and all i have to do i plug the camera into a USB port and it instantly downloads the pics. i would appreciate help from anyone that can solve my problem. i am older so not of the computer generation. self taught pretty much if u will.
