Hello,
I have an internal modem which Device Manager identifies as Agere Win Modem. The label on the card is I56LVP-F00. Please help in locating a driver for this modem for Win 7 64bit.

Your system probably is quite old. To resolve your issue, you could buy a USB modem like http://www.usr.com/products/modem/modem-product.asp?sku=USR5637.
