Driver from R9 380 to R9 390X

I just installed my new R9 390X after selling my R9 380. Do I need to reinstall the driver I had earlier for my r9 380 (it was the latest version)? It shows on device manager and Radeon Settings that I have right now r9 390 series. Thanks in advance.

if all seems to work well then no you don't need to find a different driver most drivers work for a wide range of gpu cards example 370 380 390 all use the same driver you just only need to update if you wish when new ones come out and offer better performance.

Its the same driver but its recommended to uninstall and reinstall it. It only takes minutes so might as well
