Driver help with ASRock Fatal1ty X470 Gaming K4

Just looking to install the bare bones min drivers for my motherboard but not sure which ones I need. I'm not using integrated graphics btw, so I'm guessn I dont need the VGA driver.

They list 12 drivers. Think I need the LAN and Audio, but not sure if there is a driver for my chipset or something else I may need.

CPU Ryzen 7 2700x, Samsung evo 970 m2, Power Color Red Devil RX580, GSkill Rip Jaws 3200

Realtek high definition audio driver ver:8393
Lan driver ver:23.0
Fatal1ty Key Master ver:3.0.11
Fatal1ty Mouse Port ver:3.0.39

Are all the drivers you'll need to get. Also make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard.

Got a reply back from ASRock and of course they did not give any description of the software listed for my specific motherboard. He did reccomend I install all drivers on the installation CD for stability issues lol...which are only 3 (Audio, LAN, and Serial ATA For Floppy Disk). My problem is I don't know what the other 9 software packages are (drivers, bloatware, etc). I did ask him again for a description, just waiting now.
Can you tell me what the Key Master is?
