HOW CAN I SAVE THE DRIVER ON A FLASH DRIVE

Download it to the desktop and than transfer it to the pen drive by dragging it over.

Re-download the file, unzip the file then copy pasta the folder which it creates.
The folder should save by default to your C drive.
