Question Driver install BSOD

When I try to install the Nvidia driver for my two RTX2080Ti the screen turns black and after a whike I get the BSOD internal video scheduler error or the watchdog violation error. I once got it working but when I opened steam it went to BSOD.
Both cards work fine on their own

PSU: Corsair AX1600i
CPU: i9-9900k
Mainboard: Gigabyte aorus master z390
GPU: Asus RTX 2080 Ti Dual OC
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x16Gb 3000Mhz

SLI Bridge is an Asus NvLink 3.
I now got it to the state where I could install the driver and use one card so both are connected to the PSU but as soon as I try to boot with the SLI bridge connected Windows won't start properly. I can't even turn on SLI in the Nvidia Control panel I just connected the sLI bridge
