Driver install failure gtx960 100me

I tried to install my driver from nvidia experience and it failed. I thought that is possible so i tried it once again and again failed anyone know how to fix this? i run windows 10 64bit a intel core i5 4460 and my gtx 960 my motherboard is a msi h81m-e84

if you can't update the drivers from GFE just download the driver manually. personally i think it is better to manually download the package.
