[SOLVED] Driver issues after new build

Recently I built a new pc, everything is new aside from my ssd and hard drive. I am unable to uninstall or install any drivers. Whenever I attempt to uninstall or install a driver it will be stuck uninstalling/installing forever. What can I do to fix this?

This is a fresh Windows install using your new build to install it - - right?

You can’t use your old hard drive and SSD until you reinstall windows clean
