Driver Issues with 7870

Does someone know where I can get the 12.8 driver? Since the 12.10/12.11b drivers came out Skyrim won't stop flickering. It never did that with the old driver, but I can't seem to find it on AMD's site. I used driver sweeper each time and now have tried 12.10, 12.11b3, and 12.11b4 and they are making the game almost unplayable.

Thank you! I spent a good 15 minutes on their site and couldn't find the link. Now I just hope going back to 12.8 fixes it.
