i tried to update a laptops drivers with a driver manager. some how it broke a driver and it BSOD now there's no way to start it even in safe mode. and for some reason it had no restore points.
i have tried to repair it with its windows 7 disk and it failed. how do i fix the driver or remove it replace it, without having to wipe the computer.

Clean windows install. Then, never use ANY driver manager. EVER again to avoid this problem. They are useless. This is what they do they break your system every time

Yes it’s the only way because you have no idea the amount of damage that tool has done to your system configuration

There are not any driver installer tools that are any good they all stink and to avoid these problems in the future you should never use them.

Get your drivers from the manufacturers of your hardware or just use Windows update like you are supposed to.
