Driver mass storage controller for sony vaio windows 7

Hi Fellow Professionals

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-SZ4MN Notebook. My pendrive [USB Stick] does not work also my Vaio webcam does not work either My screen size is only 3/4 display...I have window 7 OS...Please can someone kindly advise me on how to over come these problems. Neither Microsoft Windows Troubleshoot nor Vaio Tech Support can assist me.
