Driver fail to load in Vista after updatings; error 39
any solution? ideas?

Delete the upper and lower filters.

Then, run this Fixit scan.

If that doesn't solve the problem, go into the device manager-->right click on the drive-->uninstall it-->restart. The PC will recognize new hardware and reinstall the drive.
