i had a bsod for irqlnotlessorequal so i looked at all my drivers and deleted the ones that were completely unknown according to windows (looking back it was not the smartest idea) and now when i boot my computer i get error code: oxc000000e. all the fixes for it so far have been through an installation disc or usb but i have neither of those. was wondering if there is any other way of fixing it. thanks

Solution
Randomly deleting things never ends well.

You can make an installer on USB (still need to own a USB though) - On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

Without it, you can try to run startup repair.
Start pc, let windows start to load and restart pc,
repeat those steps a few times and automatic repair should run
once it gets to end, choose advanced options
this loads a blue menu
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose Startup repair - will ask for login, might fix this

you can keep using that method to get to blue menu or you can access it from installer USB
if you have a USB, you can get to menus via:
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from...

Is there anything on C you want to save?
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type notepad and press enter
in notepad, select file>open
Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or hdd

I would suggest trying a reset
get to blue menu
choose troubleshoot
choose reset this PC
choose keep files/settings - Files = library folders. Library folders = Documents, pictures, movies, music (the default folders that come with windows). Settings = logins and desktop)
PC will restart and reinstall win 10. You will need to reinstall all programs again
