Driver need for PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_230E1565&REV_07 Ethernet driver

I recently installed windows 7 ultimate and I'm have a problem with the network driver the hardware ids are
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_230E1565&REV_07
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_230E1565
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&CC_020000
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&CC_0200
I need the latest driver please
It's not showing I have my wireless plug in so I also put my Ethernet cable in and nothing has happened

That network driver is for the Realtek, so you can download and install it from www.realtek.com http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
