Question Driver Not respond (Nvidia)

CPU = atlon ii x4 620
ram = ddr2 6gb
PSU 500W

I have Gtx 650ti, when i am load my gpu using game or bechmark, driver will be not responds and reset driver. Before it gpu run normaly and i am not update driver or overclock gpu. I just get solution and it's not work, my solution is :

1. Uninstall driver with ddu and instal using new driver in Nvidia website (in safe mode)
2. Underclock using MSI afterburner ( it work, but its descrease gpu performance to much)

and why is this happen? and any solution without descrease gpu?

Maybe overclock it and test it until you get it to be stable. Don't go to the clock you had it at before when the driver reset happened

I am overclok my processor using fsb, is that effect gpu card?
