Driver Power State Failure HELP!

Whenever I come out of sleep mode in Windows 8 x64, I get the BSOD "Driver Power State Failure". I have the most recent .dmp file. The link to the dump file is : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5c3Ce1jiWahSjV3Z3g1STlvaWM/edit?usp=sharing

Unfortunately, when I typed that into the command prompt, It would not let me load legacy mode. When I accessed safe mode through an alternate route, I was no errors in device manager :-(
