Driver power state failure

Solution
This file netfilter2.sys is on your hdd. Looks like it maybe malware or a P.U.P

If you're getting ads in your browser, this maybe causing it

I would run adwcleaner. See if it finds / removes it
Try updating drivers for maybe GPU or update drivers on PC. Its a driver error, not a power issue.

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump when you next get the error
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

Hi, copy the minidump file(s) to your documents folder (or desktop), optionally zip them up, then upload them to a file sharing site and provide the link here that the file sharing site gives you.

Here's a few file sharing sites:

Google Drive: https://www.google.com/drive/
Microsoft OneDrive: https://onedrive.live.com/
Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/
Mediafire: https://www.mediafire.com/

NTOSKRNL = windows kernel. It handles all driver requests, power management, and memory management. It sits between Hardware and Applications. It got blamed but its not the cause

a lot of times the true cause will hide behind ntoskrnl

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/9h3w.html
2814638-a.jpg
File: 123017-30515-01.dmp (Dec 30 2017 - 00:21:02)
BugCheck: [DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9F)]
Probably caused by: pci.sys (Process: System)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 1 Hour(s), 41 Min(s), and 42 Sec(s)

The overclocking driver "IOCBios2.sys" was found on your system. Remove the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility which installs this file while we are trying to fix your BSOD problems. Remove all overclocks.

Comment: 2 different types of RAM. This may be OK. Wait for more replies on this.

I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

THANKS!
how to remove overclocks
