driver question when uninstalling and reinstalling

im using a ryzen 3 1200 cpu with no onboard graphics, and a rx 580 8gb video card. if I use ddu to uninstall driver is that ok? will I still have a picture upon rebooting before reinstalling the new driver?

Yes. The video driver is simply extra instructions for use in the Windows environment. It's not needed to get a display. The BIOS contains the necessary firmware for recognizing the video card.
And DDU is fine to use.

im also having in game stuttering issues im using a rx 580 8gb video card and a ryzen 3 1200 cpu please help
