My research suggests that this webcam model pre-dates the launch of Windows 10 by several years, added to that is the fact that it's an obscure make for which official support seems to be non-existent. Unsurprisingly, I have been unable to find any Windows 10 driver for it on any safe websites.

I think you are going to have to buy a new webcam which will almost certainly be Windows 10 compatible.

Basically, I believe your webcam is unfortunately too old for Windows 10.
