Driver update ati

I just wanted to know your opinion on this,

Do you think Ati is very slow to release new drivers? last driver was released on april for my card which is a r7 250x.

AMD release monthly beta drivers, more often then once a month some times.
The latest WHQL certified drivers are from 9/29/2014, this driver pack had a few issues that were fixed with a beta release on the 10/6/2014.
The latest beta release drivers are from 11/10/2014.
I would say AMD is very active when it comes to releasing new drivers.

Please help me update my drivers then the only one available for me on the website is from the 4/17/2014. no beta drivers tho I have a radeon r7 250x and windows 8 64bits. please do help me.

AMD stopped supporting windows 8.0 awhile back which is why you are stuck using older drivers.
Any reason for sticking with win 8.0?

man i feel so dumb. my os IS windows 8.1 pro 64 bits... no wonder im gonna upgrade that now lol XD

Here is a list of the more common issues with the 14.9 WHQL drivers:

[404829]: Horizontal flashing lines on second screen in a clone mode with V-Sync on using AMD Mobility Graphics with Switchable Intel Graphics
[404508]: Display takes a long time to redraw the screen after an S4 cycle
[405432]: Mantle driver will TDR when running Star Swarm on the loading screen
[404660]: GPU gets stuck in a low power state after it was previously stressed to max power
[403032]: Severe flickering observed on default launch of SimCity 4
[403449]: Playing any media sample in full screen in the 2x1/1x2 Fill SLS configuration leads to TDR
[400573]: Intermittent application hang observed while launching Aliens vs. Predator
[400693]: While running performance test, crash is observed with fault module atidxx32.dll
[401386]: Severe corruption and flashing light observed with specific game settings in Grid 2
[401289]: Flashing lights in Batman Arkham Origins game main menu

If you experience any of these i strongly suggest updating to the 14.11.1 beta drivers, so far these drivers have been 100% stable for me fixing a few of the issues i had from the list above.
