Driver update for sony vaio

I can’t update my ATI graphics to its latest software v12.4. Sony site only have upto v8.
I think my laptop is not having any switchable graphics

You need laptop graphics driver - not the desktop graphics driver.

What problem are you having that you need to update drivers?
