Check the HP web sour, but you need to know the exact dv9000 model you have. I'm not sure HP has drivers for those models.
That said I have an HP dv8380 (dv8000) that I put win 7 on, all the drivers that windows7 used work fine..
You should also be albe to use their Vist drivers (from the HP site.).
