Driver Updates for Toshiba Storage

I have a Toshiba USB storage device purchased in 2013. I updated my computer to Windows 7 and need new drivers for the storage device. When I put the model/serial numbers in the Toshiba website to locate drivers, the number is invalid. I can't get a live person on the phone to address this issue.
Thanks, Calvin. I will not buy from Walmart again, either. All electronics from Walmart are obsolete shortly after purchase, such as the HP printer I bought and had endless problems with.

Toshiba - A botched nuclear bet has pushed the company to near financial ruin

Westinghouse was acquired by Toshiba for $5.4 billion in 2006. They have found in the past few year Westinghouse couldn’t build nuclear reactors along the timelines and within the budgets it had promised. Blown deadlines and budgets at the reactors in Georgia and South Carolina overseen by Toshiba’s Westinghouse Electric subsidiary resulted in the resignation of Toshiba Chairman Shigenori Shiga on Feb. 14 and a 712.5 billion yen ($6.3 billion) writedown on its nuclear reactor business. The company, which had already lost $7 billion in market value over the past six weeks, saw its shares fall an additional 10 percent after the announcement of the writedown and Shiga’s departure.

The huge Westinghouse charge will cause the company’s shareholder equity to drop to negative 150 billion yen for the current fiscal year ending in March.
