Please and thank you in advance.
the steps that got me out of the Driver Verifier Violation Detected Windows boot Loops (no specific file was identified as the culprit) was the following:
  1. Troubleshoot > Safe Mode
  2. Ran and reset Driver Verifier
  3. Removed Avast Free Antivirus
  4. Removed Nvidia Video Card Drivers.
  5. Reboot and stopped looping
below is the google drive link if anyone can advise what they identify.. that'd be greatly appreciated.

Only reason i ran Driver Verifier was because i received a Kernel_Security_Check_Failure BSOD the other day..... that mindump file is gone now unfortunately.

Hi, I ran the dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/wfsntok7/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.

I would recommend looking for an update, or a slightly older version if possible. If neither of those help, consider removing this software.

I would recommend resetting verifier now (turn it back off) if it's still on. It's often the cause of boot loops.

BIOS info was not included with the dump file. This can sometimes mean an outdated BIOS is being used.

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.
