Driver was not installed successfully for USB

So i've been having issues yesterday with the PC I built, the USB's were working fine yesterday until my CPU made these weird beeping sounds when I turned it on, then the motherboard USBs arent working, I did research and I believe I found my solution, it said when i did the scan on my device manager that "Device driver was not successfully installed for USB and ethernet". How do I install these again?

Down load them from your Motherboard Manufacture's web site. Then install them. Need the make and model of your motherboard to be of any more help. Also, if your NIC did not install then you will need another computer to download with or if you have the CD that came with your Mother Board that will help.

I tried that with the disc and nothings working.
